Yes. Once you become a customer of ours we offer two routes of communication. If you have any questions surrounding childcare contracts, terms, policies and generally anything "admin" we ask that you communicate with the office and they will be able to respond within a reasonable time. If you have any questions surrounding childcare and your child then you can speak with our setting Manager.

Yes. This will be discussed between the Manager and parent/guardian when we plan the settling in dates. The number of sessions will be decided between the Manager and parent/guardian, after the first settling in session. 

We are a term time childcare setting.

– Closed school holidays

– Closed on all bank holidays.

– Closed Christmas Eve and January (after New Year)

Childcare areas are bright, spacious and of high quality furnishings and resources. Our outdoors offers toys and natural areas for children to play and explore.

Our management and childcare practitioners are qualified and experienced. As a team we are skilled and passionate about childcare. We believe in creating a nurturing environment for children to learn and develop and grow at their own pace.

Morning snack. Children that stay all day are required to bring a packed lunch.

As long as it is safe then yes. Parents/guardians are required to provide suitable water proofs, outdoor wellies and a sun hat.

When your child is eligible for a funded place you will be required to sign related terms which also set out our wrap around fees relating to services used outside that of the free entitlement hours.

Yes. These are booked directly with the Manager and Office. Sessions are subject to availability.

All paid fees outside of funded entitlement are charged monthly in advance of childcare and must be paid within the stated time frame by either; Direct Debit or Tax Free Childcare for the month to which they relate.

Late payments is subject to a surcharge of £10.00 per 24 hours to cover administration costs. If fees are late by 48 hours childcare may be stopped until payment is made.

To avoid this we ask that payments are made timely. If you have financial difficulty in settling an invoice please bring this to head office attention immediately.

Fees are payable during all periods of your child’s absence where paid childcare has been agreed. This is not an exclusive list however examples of absences include;

• sickness (child and/or parent/guardian)

• family holidays

• public and bank holidays

If you are expected to arrive later than the agreed collection time we ask that you make us aware by calling the setting ahead so that we can make necessary childcare/ staff arrangements. Late collection charges are applied at £10.00 per 15 minutes. If it becomes a regular occurrence your childcare contract with us will be reviewed. Late payment charges are required by BACS within 24 hours of a late collection and prior to your child's next session.

We require 6 weeks’ notice by email to cancel or reduce agreed paid childcare sessions. If you are taking up a funded only place under the EYFE (Early Years Free Entitlement) you are not required to give any notice however we ask that you let us know with as much notice as possible.

The following factors may force an urgent closure of Bubbles Preschool. In such cases parents/guardians will still be liable for fees incurred during the period of our closure –

• act of terrorism

• building unsafe to operate

• community power cut
